             The pastry shop Hayati is located in the heart of the Old Village of Alonissos in a stunning place with view of the slopes of the island and the Aegean blue.  We started our operations in June 2000, observing faithfully the tradition of alonissos and keeping intact our quality. Our goal is the recognition and trust of the people who visit us.

              The Hayiati starts its operation from the beginning of May and stays open until late September.

               You can visit us early in the morning and enjoy a rich breakfast with homemade jams, omelettes, bacon and various flavors while enjoying the magnificent views.

               Throughout the day you can choose dishes from our wide selection of sweet. Rice pudding, kazan dipi, panacotta, galaktoboureko, ekmek, kataifi, apple pie, Alonissos milk pie, tiramisu, cheesecake, almond Alonissos, baklava, profiterole, brownies, waffles and more.

               Once dusk falls, the Hayati pastry shop transforms to an ideal piano - bar - restaurant, offering its visitors the opportunity to relax while listening to soft music, selecting numerous cocktails and tasting our cuisine.

               The orchestra shall travel you to unique musical paths and the dishes from our menu will give you special tasty delights.

          Events

              We can undertake your wedding or baptism reception and other special gatherings. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 120 guests and the menu is prepared on request..

              Since mid-July, Hayati organize for its guests cooking special courses in order to help you learn how to cook in the traditional Greek way ...

             Have fun by learning how to use the secrets of Greek cuisine and after you create your own delicious moussaka, tzatziki, onions and baklava, enjoy them under the Greek sun.
